NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Regina West Zone Community Soccer Association is called for and will be held in person at Northwest Leisure Centre on the 28th day of January, 2025, at 7:00 pm for the following purposes:

1. To receive the reports of the Board on the operations of the Association for the past year;
2. To receive the reviewed financial statements of the Association for the financial year ended July 31, 2024;
3. To appoint the Reviewer of the Association for the ensuing year;
4. To elect Officers and Directors of the Association; and
5. To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
